Service commitment

The company makes the following commitments:

1. Contract commitment: the company will perform the contract in strict accordance with the contract law of the people's Republic of China, sign the economic contract with the project legal person according to the specific provisions of the bidding documents (technical agreement), strictly perform the contract obligations, deliver the goods on time, and provide high-quality equipment and services for the project.

2. Time commitment: the company will make arrangements according to the delivery time specified by the owner, and deliver the goods on time, so as to ensure the normal progress of the installation period.

3. Quality commitment: as one of the first batch of after-sales service commitment units in the domestic actuator industry, the company implements "Three Guarantees" for contract equipment, and implements 18 months' free service and lifelong maintenance system after delivery. During the execution of the contract, if the contract equipment is found to have quality problems, the company shall be responsible for providing all parts replacement or other related costs due to product quality free of charge, bearing corresponding economic responsibilities, and maintaining, replacing or returning the goods as soon as possible. We will give a clear reply within 24 hours if there is any fault or abnormality in the operation of the product or if the user puts forward technical consultation or objection to the product.

When the control valve is delivered, the company shall provide the factory test report, product certificate and operation manual. If necessary, the physical and chemical test analysis report of materials can be provided.

4. Service commitment: if technical services are needed, the company will provide necessary on-site services free of charge, including installation guidance, commissioning, technical training and operation guarantee services. Within 48 hours after receiving the notice, the company will send personnel to the site to provide commissioning and operation guarantee services for the project, and provide lifelong technical support and technical services for the products.

5. Safety commitment: the control valve is a pressure vessel. The company designs it in strict accordance with relevant standards and organizes production according to ISO 9001-2000 quality assurance system. The company has "national industrial product production license" for the production of control valves, and holds "special equipment manufacturing license of the people's Republic of China (pressure pipeline)" A2 certificate.

The valve positioner, solenoid valve, valve position switch and other accessories provided with the control valve are all well-known brands at home and abroad, which comply with the national explosion-proof safety regulations.

6. Capital commitment: the company has sufficient working capital to ensure the investment required to fulfill the contract.
